GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
Implementation and changes on the Terms of Sale
The General Terms of Sale regulate distance contracts between Bazzara s.r.l., Via Cesare Battisti 1, 34125 Trieste, Italy, Chamber of Commerce registry number, Fiscal code and VAT 00949800320; and the client, that is the natural or legal person who shops on the website shop.bazzara.it. The general terms of sale are in line with the law on contracts drawn up outside of business premises, with particular attention to the legislative decree of September 6th 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code).

Bazzara s.r.l. reserves its right to change the terms of sale, through notification on this page of the website. The applicable terms of sale are the ones in force when purchasing. Every alteration will be applicable after its publication on the website.
Definition of online sales agreement
“Online sales agreement” means here a distance sale contract in regards to Bazzara srl products in a distance selling network run by Bazzara s.r.l.
The parties of the contract are:
-Bazzara: Via Cesare Battisti 1, 34125 Trieste, Italy, Chamber of Commerce registry number, Fiscal code and VAT 00949800320
-Client: the final consumer, that is the natural of legal person who buys online for non commercial purposes relating to their business.
The online sales agreement will be finalized only using distance communication through the internet.
The contract between Bazzara s.r.l. and the client is finalized when Bazzara s.r.l. confirms the order purchase via e-mail and the client receives a confirmation e-mail (“Order confirmation”). From that moment on, prices and other conditions are defined and final, applicable for both parties. Details of the order (e.g. of the distance contract) are on the website, where the client can log on to with their credentials.
The client, when purchasing, acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the General terms of sale. The client is advised to download, save or print the general terms of sale applicable at the time of purchase.
The sales agreement will be in Italian.
Information on the products
All the products have an image and a detailed description.
The images are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent the exact product.
Prices
Prices are in Euros (EUR), VAT included, according to the existing law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable prices will be the ones next to the description of the product at the moment of purchase.
Prices do not include shipping costs, which are to be found, together with the price of the product, in the “Cart” and at the check-out page before confirming the order.
Website registration
The user can register by clicking on “Create an account”. The website will ask for: name, last name, address, email address and phone number. When registering the user will have to choose a password and keep it safe.
The user can log into their account at any time. The account allows them to purchase, access their wish list, the history and status of orders.
Registering is not mandatory for submitting an order.
Privacy
Client data, submitted for the contract, are treated in accordance with the legislative decree of 2003 no. 196 “Protection of personal data”. Please consult the “Privacy” section for further information.
Purchasing methods
Registering is not mandatory for submitting an order.
Each selected product can be viewed on a webpage with description, images and unit cost. In order to making a purchase, the client will have to select the desired quantity of the items he wishes to buy and click on “Add to cart”. Selected products will automatically be added to the cart.
By clicking on “Cart” the client will be able to modify the quantity of the products or delete them. By clicking on “Continue shopping” the client is redirected to the page of the product selection. By clicking on “Proceed to checkout” the client will go through with the order.
For a successful shipping Bazzara s.r.l. will need the following data: name and last name, shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping address), email address and phone number.
Registered users will have to log in with username and password, check the information and shipping address, choose payment method and confirm the order. By submitting the order, the client acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the General terms of sale.
By clicking on “Submit order and payment” the client has completed the order. Bazzara s.r.l. will confirm the order by email. From that moment on, prices and other conditions are defined and final, applicable for both parties.
Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are:
-Paypal: through Paypal payment platform
-Bank transfer. After order is completed, the client will receive via email the necessary information to transfer the money via bank transfer.
Shipping method, time and cost
Shipping costs are on the “Cart” page and check-out page, together with the prices of the products, just before submitting the order.
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment process, except during company closure. Delivery usually takes place within 48 hours within Italian territory, within 3-5 days for European territories and within 7-10 days in non-EU territories.
Products are delivered by express courier, with GLS for national deliveries and Fedex for international ones. Once the parcel is sent, the client will receive an email with a tracking number and a link, to monitor the shipment.
Should problems or delays occur, the client can contact Bazzara s.r.l. via email or phone.
Client acceptance of the product
Possible damage on the packaging and/or product, or a discrepancy in the number of parcels must be immediately communicated, on the shipping documents. By signing the shipping papers, the client confirms the outer integrity of the product and the compliance of the shipment.
Possible damage on the physical integrity of the product, products not matching with the order, or incomplete orders must be reported within 10 working days from the day of delivery, via email at the following address: sales@bazzara.it
Right of withdrawal
According to legislative decree of February 21st 2014, no.21, implementing the directive 2011/83/EU on consumers’ rights, the client can return the product and be reimbursed of the total sum.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible by sending an email within 14 days from delivery at the email address: sales@bazzara.it . The client will then receive a confirmation email.
Products must be returned to Bazzara s.r.l. within 14 days after withdrawal confirmation.
Products must be returned fully undamaged. If products are received beyond deadline or damaged, opened and/or partially used or unsuitable for return,
withdrawal right will not be implemented.
The client will be refunded within 14 days upon receiving of the return, after Bazzara s.r.l. has checked the goods.
Refund does not include transport costs for the original shipment and/or transport costs for the return. If the client withdraws from the contract,
Bazzara s.r.l. will reimburse the total price via the same payment method of the purchase.
Copyrights and brands
Brands, logos and other particularities on the site belong the their respective owners. The use of brands, logos and signs – and their reproduction on other websites- is strictly forbidden.
The contents of the website (texts, graphics, images) are protected by copyright.
Jurisdiction
The court of Triest shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
