The Cup Taster Week is an exciting sensory journey within an immersive professional training camp that covers all the technical knowledge about coffee, with a focus on green coffee selection, roasting profiles, sensory analysis techniques, and coffee preparation methodology.
This is the training experience every coffee lover has been waiting for, reflecting the work of all the professionals involved in the coffee supply chain. Participants will live an all-around experience across all specific areas, starting from green coffee selection to the use of the product in its various forms, following the typical dynamics of coffee tasters to analyze and ensure a consistent product quality standard.
Throughout this program, participants will dive into topics related to green coffee selection by analyzing some of the most renowned origins on the market, defining their organoleptic differences and unique characteristics, and tasting over 50 different coffee origins. The course will also cover content related to international coffee brewing methods, with a special focus on espresso tasting, supported by the use of a technical evaluation sheet.
Experience and discover the world of coffee by tasting some of the finest coffee origins from every continent: Jamaica Blue Mountain, Panama Geisha, Nepal Himalaya, India Monsoon Malabar, and many more. A journey that unveils the secrets of one of the most fascinating supply chains in the world: not just a simple course, but an experiential journey to indulge in the flavors and aromas of every continent!
